General hotel Policy

Pet Policy - We are a pet friendly hotel. Please call us directly for further information regarding fees and pet policies.
Smoking Policy - No Smoking is allowed in the guest rooms or building interior.
Cancellation Policy - Free cancellation 24 hours prior to check-in time; for reservations booked directly or through hotel's website. Free Cancellation may/does not apply to all types of reservation. Contact hotel for further details.
Cash Paying Guests - All cash paying guests must pay a $200 security deposit.
Early Check-in or Late Checkout policy Subject to availability.
Visitor Policy - Visitors are welcome by the approval of guest. Visitors are not allowed to use Gym and Pool unless they are a registered guest
Rate Change Policy - Hotel reserves the right to change the price of stay if the number of occupants differ from original reservation.
General Hotel Policy - he guest must be over 18 at the time of check-in. Any guest found violating the Smoking/Pet policy will be evicted and/or charged $250 fine.
